Mixed Media artworks, circular artworks or paintings on wooden or canvas boards will be wrapped and placed in a sturdy wooden box to ensure the artwork reaches you safely.
RETURN REFUND POLICIES
Artéikon accepts returns only for damaged or incorrect artworks. Report damage or wrong deliveries within 3 days of receipt by emailing photos to talk_to_us@arteikon.com. Retain original packaging for returns. Once received in good condition. refunds (minus shipping and customs fees) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Returns due to buyer dissatisfaction are not accepted.
